Exactly. I just wish I saw your post earlier. I've started on facebook (though ironically they don't respect your rights either) Freedom From Being Banned.

The way I look at it, besides what you said... is that every forum says they don't hold liability. So if you post bomb instructions, you get in trouble. Yet somehow, despite taking full legal responsibility, you're not in authority of your own account. That's fucked. I won't even get into when money is involved as in xbox live.

Forum Censorship is a major problem if you google it your see well over 2 million

hits on it, Most these places feel that even thoe they make it a place public that gives them the right to violate peoples freedom of speech under the terms it's private own, in my opinion when you make something like a public forum you gave up those rights to censor people Now a truly private site one which is not advertised and requires a invite then I can see a little censorship.

Advertising, Noun, Advertising is a form of communication used in helping sell products and services. Typically it communicates a message including the name of the product or service and how that product or service could potentially benefit the consumer. The topic appeared to be so, therefore it was closed. The best way to have tried to contact TJ about it would have been through a direct message, instead of a message on a public forum. (Part 1)
