  • i have the 395s. freaking amazing bootss, love them to death. do u have any powerdyne plates? thats what i use with my 395s... (:

  • @rachcanjamskate You must a missed the quick peak in the skate bag :D The plates on those skates are Reactors. <3 Them.

  • rich ghurl...why dont u do a give away? lol

  • @needfbsponsers I am not rich, I have just had a job since I was 15 and worked hard and saved to buy my skate stuff. All the stuff that is shown in this video I worked hard for to get. Mommy and Daddy didn't by it for me if that is what you are thinking. Lol. :)

  • dumb skateboardsssssssssss

  • @thefingerboarderful sakateboard????? y dont u try watching the video

  • am nice video i really dont no much about skates i just started skating about a year ago i mostly been watching jam skating were did u get all of your stuff collection from

  • @jamarispacejamjordan Most I got from online store newjamskates.

Other things on ebay or skatelog.

  • oh mai gaaaaawd

  • What wheeles do you have on your vanilla curves 2.0?

  • @VanillaSkater The purple ones if those are the ones you are asking about are Atom Omega Purple 2.0

  • How do youcoloer them

  • @3isfunfun I have a video on it.

  • How do you dye

  • do u have any actual decks

  • @pingpongmaster5 This is roller skate stuff not skate board stuff.

  • is uncle charlie's lube for your bearings

  • @Jmanskating Yes

  • Quick question, a person in my ride has a pair of ridell skates. His plates light up with a red on one side, and white on the other. Do you know what those plates are called?

  • @Ericleonard4 He probably just has LEDs on the bottom. You can get them from the auto parts store that run on little batteries and you can even stick a switch on them. Or he could have these clear plates that have LEDs inside but that is not likely those plates change to all different colors they are not just red and white. I don't even think the guy sells them anymore.

  • @JamSkateAddiction

So they are probably made? Like there aren't actually plates that come with LED's inside them?

  • @Ericleonard4 I am sure he probably just added the lights on the bottom by himself. There was a clear plate made by someone not too long ago he did not make very many and it was not exactly known only a few people really knew about it so I am pretty sure it is not those plates. I don't believe there are any other pates with LEDs built into them. I will send you a pm

  • you need to give me some of those bones swisses. they would be great in my skateboard

  • @amalienworkshop1 Nah lol. I only have one set. Lost my other ones. :(

  • can you make video's of your mom's skates, her skating or whatever, LOL, she's probably my age or little younger

  • @fusche2001 Sadly my mom can't skate anymore. She had major back surgery about 2 months ago. She has a degenerative spine disease and she had to have her back fused. :( I still have her skates though they are Carrera's. My Mom is 45. :D

  • @JamSkateAddiction Yep, she is my age. I have degenerative disks as well. No surgery though. Skating actually loosens me up and makes me feel better. I hope i'm not in for that surgery! Poor (your) mom.

  • @fusche2001 That is some nasty stuff. It runs in our family. :( I hope I don't get it but I already have back problems. This is my mom's second back surgery for it. It was bone on bone this time so she had a fusion. She has been in a brace for 2 months one more month to go and se gets to take it off. She was a really good skater I hope she skates again one day. The doctor says if it fuses well then she can do whatever she wants within reason again.

  • @JamSkateAddiction I hope her back gets better!!

  • @fusche2001 Me too. I hope yours doesn't get extreme. :D

  • Do you roller derby?

  • @3isfunfun No but soon hopefully. I really really want to just have to find the time.

  • heyy i love ur videos and im a huge skater and would u plz do a vidoe about how to dye wheels

  • @michaelfugate69 You must have missed that video. I already have one on dying wheels. Check my videos. :D It should be the second to newest one on my page. :D

  • WOW

  • about how tight do u keep your trucks and stuff?

  • @SuperGalenyoung I keep them really really loose.

  • how do you buff polish plates that really need it

  • @TheJayjay234 As soon as the rain stops I will be making a video on it today. I planed on filming it earlier but it started pouring down rain.

  • you're going to fall in love with the 395 proline shaman set up

Im on the same thing right now i just got my prolines recently. They're like heaven for jamskating compared to my old snyder advantages. They're a lot easier to control and a lot lighter. Btw have you had a chance to skate those backspin deluxe wheels? I know you posted something about bearing fit issues on skatelog and ive been wondering how they roll. Thanks for any feedback :]

    -Brian

  • @monteleonee I don't know if I am going to like the 395 but we will see. The proline I am pretty sure I am going to like it. No I have not had a chance to skate them yet. I found out that QUBE bearings do not fit in them. You can get QUBEs in the front of some of them but mostly not. I can get Bones bearings and Kwik in but no QUBEs. I just found this out the other night before I left for Vegas.

  • @JamSkateAddiction I did'nt really like my 395s for the first 2 or 3 weeks to be honest. Once they broke in and kind of shaped up to my foot they're great though. Warning though, if you like ankle moves as much as i do you'll have to do some extra break in lol. Also, if it's a comfort issue, i put some dr. sholes inserts in mine and still have plenty of room in the boot lol.

Let me know when you get a chance to roll the backspins, i'd love to know how they skate!

  • @monteleonee I have had a 395 before and it was not my favorite boot. It was well broke in. I always got blisters with it. I put Dr. Sholes in all my skates which makes things a little bit better lol. I plan on adding some shearling to the heel area of the 395s I have and hopefully that will help. I will be skating them tomorrow night so we will see how they roll. :D

  • @JamSkateAddiction get some 395's with a custom colored leather for the boot. They're all supposed to be butter soft, i know my grays are, that might help a bit? idk

I'm looking at getting some 951's sometime after nationals.

  • @monteleonee I already have a 395 sitting on the shelf in white I don't plan on getting another one. I would like to get a 951 though but not anytime soon.

  • what skating rink you go to i got to manslick rollerdrome

  • @Busterthejuggalo Pearwood, funcity, jasper skate palace, Skate World pasadena, skate world dear park, almeda.

  • You have a bad case of seds LOL. If you haven't posted any pictures on skatelog you should.

  • @Dragonosehair Lol yea I kinda do ha ha. In my defense the Deluxe, Remix Lite Fugitive, and Revolvers were given to me. Along with the QUBE 8 Balls, Bearing Press (not in video) and the Bones Reds. Lol. :D Pssh I don't have that good of a collection. Nothing to brag about really.

  • @JamSkateAddiction You have more than I do, Orange Cannibals, Kripto outdoor wheels, 1 set of old labeda Super Bearings & 1 set of NMB's.

  • @Dragonosehair Yea..

  • Great video and certainly gives you much credibility which is a good thing. I am not sure what I want to do yet with skates. Teaching my daughter to skate and using either Riedell Legacy (High Tops) or Riedell 265 Derby skate.

    Thanks

  • @kg4fxg Both of those are nice. Dyna Pro plates are really heavy though, the ones on the legacy, I had those on two skate setups I used to have. I would let her chose between those two on what she wants to skate/what style skating she wants to do. If she learns on artistic/rhythm skates and later wants to skate on speed skates it may make her feel like she is falling backwards. This is because artistic/rhythm skates have a heel while most speed/derby/jamskates have little to no heel on them.

  • Can you do a video on how to walk in one place? I don't know how to describe it.. it's sort of like a moon walk. It looks like you're walking on skates and going nowhere; it's very smooth.

  • @jerseysapphire As soon as I get a chance it will be added to the list. A little angry I lost some footage I recorded so now I have to record it again. : / I am really clumsy sometimes.

  • @JamSkateAddiction Take your time - your videos are worth the wait

  • This might sound crazy but can u put a turtorial on how to bounce skate i kno wat to do nut when i get around corners i slow down plz post a vid on it :D

  • @Rocklord122 You mean shuffle skating?

  • what are your fav wheels and why?

  • @sonyfreak4069 My favorite wheels in this video... Hmm well it is kinda a tie between the Scibble and the Shaman. Backspin Scribble because they have great grip and pretty decent roll. They work great for me no matter what kind of skating I want to do. Good all around wheel for me. I like the color of them too. :D The Shamans mainly because they are old and a piece of skating history. Also like the grip and roll of them. Plus the colors are pretty sweet.

  • @JamSkateAddiction well i am an old school skater are they 95 or 97 compound? My fav are fan jets i still have a pair on my skates now with a probe plate and a 395 bout...these might be out dated but i have not been in the scene for a few years...thanks and keep up the good work!

  • @sonyfreak4069 I think they are the second pour. I am not sure. I will have to ask the guy I bought them from. Can not remember. : / I have a terrible memory.

The older 395 boots are nice. Are they red lines??

  • do you even jamskate

  • @adam38671 No I just have skate stuff and post videos on jamskating.... Lol yes I jamskate I just don't compete. Why would you even ask that lol. :D Kinda a silly question.

  • one more question: how long did it take before u got a hang of jamming? say if you're at the level of a street/park/pavement sorta skater (having mastered all the basics and stuff) - how hard is it to progress to jam skating from there?

  • can I ask a really innocent question? Which is easier to learn AND MASTER - roller skates or inline blades? I have no skating ability whatsoever and wanna start learning the easier one first - also i'm lookin long term recreational skating - like long leisurely ones at the park, so which is more enjoyable? Quad skates or inlines?

  • @happynuts Sending PM. :D

  • Awesome stuff!
