OTK means One Turn Kill, which is defeating the opponent in one turn no matter what turn it is.

But FTK means First Turn Kill, so winning in the very first turn which your not even allowed to attack in.

player 1 8000 lp one monster 3000atk

player 2 100lp one monster 2900atk

player 1: im gonna beat you in one turn even though its been 50 turns passed
