Everything goes fine, as long as everything goes according to plan.
As soon as there is 1 little life & orbiter threatening glitch, then everybody goes into “cover thy ass” mode and sells the flight crew down the river.
At 2:37 the stuff that comes out the exhaust pipes looks all firey but then at 2:38 it looks kinda like it was converted into plasma. And were those dark circles that popped up out of no were on that piece of metal to the right at 2:38 burn marks?
@JetZeroFox At 2:37 your looking at the spark arrestors mounted on the pad to burn off excess hydrogen during the main engine starting process. At 2:38 is main engine start. The dark circles appear at main engine start because the vibration tears off the round rain covers covering the OMS pod thrusters. The covers are made to come off early in the flight.
YA!!!!!! I would love to be on a shuttle launch. Man, what a ride that would be. Come on Burt get that Tier one an extra seat. Let get that Spaceship One going. We are go for MECO.
This video proves that the Apollo LEM landings on video & audio, was a hoax.
