But I think Haley's best friend is Brooke or else she wouldn't ask her to be the godmother and she asked Lucas to be the godfather and he's her best (guy-)friend so it means that Brooke is her best "girl" friend but to Brooke maybe it's more Peyton cause she's known her her hole life..
