Dude that is weak. I dont like the idea of using those cables, your dip is all shaky and not stable. It looks really uncomfortable. And that band resistance doesn't do the trick either. I do dips with 90LBS strapped to me the weight should be distributed all through out the movement, not just the top of the movement. This isn't even a good way to get started doin weighted dips. Do dips and then gradually start adding plates. Just how weight trainers always did it.
The dip is shaky because he's not using a bar, which makes the exercise much harder because it requires a shitton of stabilization. It's superior to a bar dip in exactly the same way that a dumbbell press is superior to a smith machine press.
