I love the second color commentator. Doesn't he sound like he's drunk off his ass? Overall, WWS 98 made some improvements, but took others away from WWS 97. Maybe I just liked being violent and collecting a million cards? Hah hah...A real standout series of soccer games for the Saturn.
It launched at an insanely high price for the time after sega just launched the 32x and sega CD, and it was IMPOSSIBLE to develop for, the hardware was really really bad, because at the last minute sega decided it didnt have enough processing power so they through in a bunch of crap hoping it would increase the power of the system but in reality it made it alot worse because the parts didnt really together at all and developers couldnt really figure it out.
Some of my best gaming memories! Amazing for a football game to be in my heart since I do not play sport games that much. These days I don't even play sport games at all! But WWS for SEGA Saturn was really something else. My friends were playing Fifa because of the real player names, licences etc and I was laughing at them enjoying unique moments. Later Virtua Striker came and made me love it also. Thanks you SEGA for this and many many more...
why there is a advert of Bon Jovi on the minute 1:43 ? xD ou it is bon jour?

One of the most playable footy games ever.
Double tap LEFT for step-over, double tap C for low cross into the box, then double tap A for a chip over the retarded keeper from the penalty spot.
Then listen to some hilarious commentary from Cheryl Cole's grandad.
