I had a Taiyo Mad Rat when I was young. (I don't have it anymore) it broke :(

It had a ignition hole where you could put a key to turn it on / off, a red volume switcher to control the volume given by the speaker and a switch under it which would let you switch between 4WD / 2WD.

When the rc was idle it would do a truck idle sound.

That was back when toys were original. That toy is probably not for sale anymore, it was a classic.
