I concider myself as a pro in DBZT 3 and it would really a challenge for me to play this game with a keyboard instead of a controller. You know the cartoon 'cause the battle is correct (the time when Goku gets sick and Vegeta becomes super Saiyan for the first time). Nice battle.

for this application the CPU is the most important, GPU being only secondary. And yeah, a 3Ghz range core 2 based CPU will run most games well for PCSX2.

PCSX2 only uses dual core optimally, the other 2 would idle. Your GPU is the 9500 GS, its similar or slower compared to my old 8600GT OC edition. The PCSX2 videos i posted here is run on a 2.3Ghz and 3Ghz CPU and on a 8600GT and 9600GT

Your processor might be able to execute some games but for some complex 3D scene games, it won't be enough, at least a core 2 duo based @ 2.8Ghz+ is recommended 3Ghz+ range are the best ones.

Jes get a PS2 to play it without problems instead of getting a new computer., much cheaper that way. Also, some laptops are actually made for gaming, but is quite expensive.
