It's not Kevin Kline. He sings on key and has a much lower voice. Listen to his version on the "French Kiss" soundtrack. Some hack is singing it in the style of Kevin Kline.

He is not claiming to be Kevin Kline....."a la maniere de" ('sorry about the accent marks) translates to "in the manner of", so he is singing in the style of K. Kline. I, at first, thought he was trying to claim this was Charles Trenet, which it is obviously not! If you look into the profile of renbuMiserable Singin I believe he clarifies his intentions there.
