i bought this fish in karachi pakistan from a nice supermarket and i cooked it and it smelled good not bad. it tasted good too. are all the pangasius fish contaminated??

don't worry, you would have thrown it away after cooking it, and smelling it. this stuff is awful. never again.

This guy is parliment member who firstly raised the problem on Pangasius vietnam in term of Meat quality, polluted environment, slave labour .. and firstly submit the issue to EU Parliment. However,

OMG.. those house live on the river is make the river very dirty water.. the government should kick those people out to somewhere else had land for them. Dont let they keep come live near the river. and keep that river clear. dumb ass.

Up to date, catfish exporters are trying to enclose their business from fish farming,fish feed production, fish fillet processing, and exporting to ensure the products quality. We are now applying international standards in fish farming and processing such as GAP (good aquaculture practice). Fish Farmers, fish processing company, and exporters are working closely with scientists in Universities and Research institutes to make our catfish industry safer and more reliable.
