  • I remember when an 80 year old war veteran pensioner was arrested under the anti terrorist Act at the Labour Partys conference a few years back just for heckling the speaker. Blatant abuse of the anti-terrorist act. The police dont give a flying F---k about having to justify their extra powers of arrest. They just deal with it add-hoc. If they think they can get away with it - they will !

  • they will just ignore the courts ruling, and do as they please like all other times, welcome to britain the police state

  • STOP FUNDING THE TERRORISTS THEN YOU FUCKING SHILLS. FUCK I HATE OUR INTELLIGENCE AGENCIES

  • Its the return of the Sus laws remember when anyone asian or coloured could be stopped just for having a loud haircut or a funny walk, truly we are going backwards into the future.

  • The stop and search was used by police to justify stopping anyone from taking any photo or videos without ever doing the search part.

  • fuck the bbc

  • Glad to Hear that sextion 44 is now stopped. it was being abused by police officers

  • cgbdf n

  • For all those who do not understand the role of mainstream media in the globalists "manufacture of consent" agenda, this video is a stunning example of how propaganda can be disguised as news. I cannot go into the intricacies of this devilish method of disinformation, but to those that watch this video and see that it was forged to create an opinion that is anti civil rights and pro police state i say educate your loved ones now!

Very devious.

  • This is what their aims are, to move us towards a police state. has anyone read over the EU's Jan 2009 Lisburn treaty.

So the next time you see a "Police Officer" kicking a pregnant woman or smashing an innocent newspaper seller to the ground at a demonstration you go tell him about his oath and hope you live to tell the tale.

  • @ukbands spot on

  • well the police now use. " this is a hotspot for crime in the town centre where people are riding bikes and robbing from people"...WTF any excuse to get information and bully me. since last year every month police try to stop me for no reason.

  • This ECHR ruling will, of course, be ignored and the police force will continue with the illegal harassment and intimidation of law abiding citizens.

The Home Office are not even hiding the fact that they will continue with this illegal practice, in their own words - even after hearing the ECHR ruling - it's 'business as usual'.

  • so what was the point in the ruling?

  • Well, the *ruling* has no point per sa - other than to communicate and place the findings of the court in a legal context.

But the purpose / point of the *court case* was to establish the legality of section 44 of the Terrorism Act (2000).

  • but the guys got 30k compensation. So in any event of a stop/search we just go to europe to be paid 30 grand?

  • I am not a person, you are not a person, everybody's happy.

    Keep asking questions.

  • its not the police you wanna watch out for its the PCSO's that have no lawful authority or oath of office that are the ones causing major trouble on the streets of england

the police at least have an oath that they are supposed to standunder

    peace

  • yes them fuks think just because they have a uniform they think they above the law the police reall sniffer dogs even the police call them dogs sniff snifff pcso go be a good dog or bitch

  • I think it's best to watch out for ALL of them. The regular police "service" may have an oath, but it is meaningless to them, which is why the UK is in the state it's in.

Only the British army have any honor among all these thieves.

  • yes i agree with you there sir but it maybe wishful thinking on my part as i like to think the majority of policemen are good people my comment about PCSO's is about the fact that they are becoming more common therefore removing any standing in english common law from the office of constable

and blatantly privatising the role of peace officer

i will never consent to PCSO's

    no joinder

    no contract

    no consent

    peace

  • British army are murdering robots how is that honorable ?

  • PSCO's, Security guards, 'Enforcement officers', local council officers . . . (and so on) . . . all these nascent figures of authority have blossomed under the 'war on terror'™ - a culture has been allowed to grow that legitimises intrusive authority by an ever increasing number of people who have come to believe they have legitimate command over numerous and growing aspects of your private life.

  • @psychodrilla special police take oath too

  • @psychodrilla pcso are not police. they are new labour spy s , on your street corner.disband the spy regime ,today

  • @geisterbahn1 i never said they were they are nothing more than security with no authority if you look at my first comment above you would see that

    peace

  • @psychodrilla they are all corrupt they all see what there m8 are up to and say fuck all about it. that makes them just as bad fuck the NWO.
