Love the balance aspect. We talk much about this in our seminars for health care practitioners. As a practitioner we tell everyone else to do it but forget to do the same.
The rest to me also enables you to gain a new perspective and like you say 'cut away the loose ends'
Stage 4..I thought you said Risk.... And Risk makes sense to me. You can Rest when you die. Risk to me means to try something new, to change or innovate and seek out new markets. Then repeat steps 1-4...What do you say we do a collab effort and remake this video?

Related to your video content (my personal opinion), a blogger should understand for why The Blogger Team introduced OpenSky to all users and on Dec. 1, 2010; Google established GAN (Google Affiliate Network)..
