Even if youre a Coldplay hater, I think it's fair to say that this is a beautiful performance. I do think that it's down to nice chord progressions, nice lighting and a successful band but if anyone delivered this, regardless of what songs they've released in the past, it'd still be done properly. remembering being at this gives me nightmares, a really good sing, but the singing was absolutley horrendous, it was pretty funny how much stick people were giving him, i was only 16 at the time so it didn't really bother me to much, but now... god he's bad, he should stick to song writing only...

@danathor99 Being a band isn't all about having a perfect live performance. No band does. I agree, the singing is a bit weak, but this was the last song of that concert, and I'm sure he and his voice were damn tired at that point. But that doesn't take away from the power song. This is a pretty damn hard song to sing well. Chris' voice is frickin' beautiful, and if you deny that, you're an idiot.

I think that'd be awesome, after watching this and other vids of them at Glasto I'd love to see them there myself. (This year will be my third time)

It's highly unlikely they'll play now though, seeing as the headliners have been announced already. Personally though, I'd take Coldplay over Stevie Wonder ANY DAY OF THE WEEK.

U2, Muse and Coldplay. I can't think of a better recent set of festival headliners than that.
