Actually your the one whos got his facts wrong. You think that overeem when he fought at 205 walked around at 205 the whole time? No he walked around at heaviest 225-230 which is what he cut from for the second shogun fight. He weighed in at 255 for his last MMA fight, I havent seen any k1 weigh ins but I doubt hes gained weight since then with all hs conditioning, for k1. He was not able to do weight training while at LHW because he would not be able to vut the weight. But since hs move to HW

He eats 7-8 hgh prtein meals aday and he is also gentically predisposed to not holding much fat (Just look at hi solder brother ). So in fourto five years hes gained 25 punds thats pretty much five pounds a year. And if your life is dedicated to training 24/7 its more the an acheivable goal.Just look at Mousassi or GSP
