1 So? 2 child prostitution would still be illegal because they would be under the age of consent. 3 I already said regular (biweekly) testing would stop the spread of STD's. and 4 Pimps would just be reclassified as advertisers/managers. What is your basis for child prostitution increasing? The way I'm thinking of it being set up, they wouldn't be allowed to, it'd be something you'd have to get a license for, like a liquor license. Didn't say it'd be gov run, just regulated, once again just like the liquor business. I'm going off of what I know about Amsterdam and Las Vegas' laws on the subject. It is highly regulated. Child prostitution would go up maybe, but idt it would increase more than the level it's already at.
