@AimalCool Thats because her and Nina's bodies were preserved for 15 years and broght back to life in tekken 3. She hasnt aged since Tekken 2. Shes still only like 24 in visual appearance.

In the altered Japanese version of Nina's ending it shows Nina pulled away from one of the men @ da poolside flirtin with Nina and moves over to Anna and Anna just shows off and starts (as it seems) some flirty beach,groove dance and stuff so Nina(witha disgusted look upon her face)

goes behind Anna and with her bare finger tears the back of Anna's red 20-piece top and walks off wit a grin and Anna's gathered back her top with the embarrassed look!!BOY DID I EXPLAIN THAT WEL!!!:D

Anna Williams should'nt be in Tekken 3, but yeah.. they made her as a special costume for Nina Williams in the final versions of the arcades.

On the Playstation, she just was a character like the other one with her own moves.
