mira casi siempre la contasena son los 4 ultimos numeros de tu telefono,si no no se que paso,llama a metro o a alguna tienda pues la samsung le da un ano de garantia a este telefono ok.

ok ya te segui los pasos. el fondo de pantalla esta negro, pero el problema es que cuando le doy ok para mirar un canal de tele, hace para abrir el canal pero la pantalla se vuelve verde y la imagen no se ve bien como la tuya..no se si es la conexion. agradezco yu ayuda

seguro es la conexion ,la otra forma de que se vea bien es conectando el cell a la pc via sinc por el usb.pero es solo para tenerlo en casa.
