yah.. that's really a great video.. everybody knows that if you would like to see nice result you should find cheap and effective products. Effort and patience is much important.
Interesting video, everything he says makes sense and I would question the use of berries too much as they have excessive fructose.
As we know fructose is a sugar and it can ravage the teeth as it doesn't wipe off the teeth when we use our tongues. Also, I don't think he mentioned sunscreen.
thanks for the feedback....tis true what you say about fructose so a little moderation here will not go astray. haven't heard of the teeth issue but will look into it? sunscreen wise ? if you can't eat it i won't put it on my skin....i don't mind direct exposure as long as you have incrementally increased consistent exposure? use emu oil, shea butter.coconut oil and a little zinc ( when i'm surfing )
I know it's got anti-fungal, anti-bacterial qualities and is used in ayurvedic medicine with great success. It's not an oil I'm overly familiar with. Keep enjoying the videos....new website coming soon, I'll keep you posted.
Um...it's a little complex, but yeah, I did grow up in the 70's (though most would say I have not grown up at all). There is a psychological aspect to it also....hangin on to a world that doesn't exist anymore...clint eastwood, bon scott, robert de nero, keith richards, and no metrosexuals. Men could be silent and brooding and emotionally stunted and no one seemed to care....sorry I'm rambling, but that's about the extent of it
Thanks for the input there, but we are going to have to beg to differ here. Will have a new vid on sun exposure and vitamin D shortly. some surprising facts
great info! but darling you forgot one very important thing. every one needs to use a sunblock every single day! men are especially prone to sun damage and skin cancer even so more than women! because of there chemical make up. just so you know.
thank you so much for the information. i currently take 50 mg of zinc. it has the ingredient zinc glutonate in it, along with other ingredients. is this form of zinc ok to keep taking?
Thank you! I'm a female, age 49 now. My skin, seems to be getting better with time, if you can believe that...Never really had problem skin but it's better now, for some reason. I don't ever buy anything special for it. I smoke by only in the past 3 yrs. and not much. I should drink more water, instead I down a lot of ice tea. Been sober for going on 9 yrs. Is it in my genes, maybe? Great info. I will take heed. Thank you for your time. ~Tammi~
I think people (especially females) get sucked into the power of marketing and feel compelled to use these products - more information like this will convince people to keep the money in their wallets ...good stuff
Have been using coconut oil now for 6 months internally and externally...what a difference and only costs around $7-00 for 500ml jar. Crazy to buy those expensive products and usually find them irritating on the skin anyway.
Always knew those expensive products were over rated. Not to mention the fact that you are never able to pronounce any of the ingredients on the labels. Makes so much more sense to follow your advise and a lot lighter on the wallet. Cheers.
