Thsi sounds better to me now than it did then. I remember seeing them do this on Whistle Test, would it have been in '85? Sounds ahead of it's time in a lot of ways - would have fitted in very well with music from about 5 years later...
owen moran can be seen playing with frank maudsley (seagulls) playing at royal oak (norris green) & copple house (fazakerley) & numerouse places around the city at fund raisers & jars out open mike nites often joined by john leggit (cook da books) paul reyonlds(seagulls) & richy burke ( l'pool com coll) also alias A.F.O.S. apparentley recording new material.STOP PRESS.
wereabouts does owen play!! and is under his name...seen these loads of times back in the day..rigbys....the hermitage...kirkby suite...libertys...they were superb live..
Owen moran (bass) and john leggett (drums) actually played with frank maudsley in the line up "a flock of seagulls" it was for the Rhys jones benefit concert in Liverpool
Owen is still playing around Liverpool if you get a chance it's a must see!
John is still doing sessions for lots of bands I think currently with china crisis
Recorded Tuesday, 5th February 1985, how did I miss it? Nice share Caseyroot.
