Well, I watched the commercial on YouTube and wrote down what Billy says on my mom's computer, and then used it as a script for this video, recording the lines in my Mickey voice.

You need to work on the inflection of the voice and where the accent is placed in sentences. It sounded rather monotone considering it's "mickey".
