@VirtualVolition That seems to be unstable. When I do that I can't move my cursor at all and my computer is basically bricked until I do a hard re-boot. Unless I unplug it after I power down it always bricks.

for a wireless controller you need separate hardware called a wireless gaming receiver, due to the xbox controllers using a funny way to send the signal (not bluetooth). you can get one for about £15-20

Went to System Prefs, clicked on the 360 Controllers, plugged in controller and it doesn't recognize it. It still says "no devices found". The green circle only lights up when it is first plugged in and then goes out. I press it, I press it hold it in and it still doesn't light up.
