I remember watching this movie with a date. She kept insisting that we stay at her place and watch it instead of going out that night. I really liked this girl so I agreed. Just as the movie was nearing the end, her neighbor from across the hall knocked on her door to ask for something. I open the door and she sees Jennifer crying on the couch. Her neighbour turns to me and says "You asshole!! What did you do to her?!!" To this day we still laugh at that.

Sad sad movie. The scene with Court's mother holding him after and telling Dani to go away is just gut wrenching. Also, the last time Dani goes to see Court he basically treats her like shit so that leaves the audience so unsatisfied. I guess this movie is a lot closer to reality which is why it is so sad, it doesn't leave us with the fairytale that other romantic type movies do.

I think he died from the cuts, i beleive the movie is based in the 50's or early but in reailty it was mostly from the cuts. I dont know if you have ever seen a plaw type thing but they are pretty darn heavy.

Oh you should see Forest Gump, if you already havent. It's really good, even if it really isent a romance movie, but Forrest's and jenny's relationship is so cute! So try it out! One of the best movies I have seen!
