@Aetern142 Well Milla Jovovich was together with the script wrighter so he wanted to include her in, and because she was his girlfriend, he wanted her to be the best character there is. By doing so, he gave her all these super agility and phycic powers. Turning it to action instead of horror. And with her in the movies, the storys of the origional characters were changed a little bit.

This is an epic scene, and yes I understand that the effect of beautiful music over horrific images is a borrowed concept.....But it still works nonetheless. It's the epicenter of the movie....Especially for a movie like this, that's not supposed to be taken TOO seriously.

Why? Don't get me wrong, I am not disagreeing with you as I love the movie so much. However, it seems standard fare. Dramatic music perfectly in tune with the action surrounding/encompassing it. Now, I have not one fucking lick of artistic/movie/music skill, so maybe I am missing something.
