I am glad you enjoy Dave's music. He was a superstar in the end of 80s and beginning of 90s in Taiwan, Hongkong, mainland China, Singarpore, and Malaysia. This song 'Do I really have nothing' was released in 1989 and pushed him to the peak of his singing career. Actually people still sing this song in karaoke today. This is one of his most popular songs.
