@cheftomm I asked that question before I realized this was a cold recipe. I thought you were going to cook it with cilantro. When I use cilantro, I mix it in at the end and then take everything off the heat.
Ohhh, I miss home when I see this dish. I love so much. Do you marinate the meat when something special. Cause I use too added salt and pepper to give some taste.
