What paint did you use? you didnt use a permenant marker did you? the best way to do this so it wont rub of is to use a transparent joypad and paint the design on the inside of it,,, im an artist and thats a good job, thumbs up matey :O)

Checked your website, they're beautiful. The Aqua is the best. You're an artist man, you could make millions. What do you use exactly to paint them, if it's not a secret? A friend of mine tried acrylics but you could see the original colour of the controller through it so it looked pretty bad, tried spray-paint but thats way to messy and making stencils in those shapes is pretty difficult, cheaply that is.
