  • i swear dere ment to keep der arms straight

  • there is a difference to show dancing and trad or competition. anyway, when ID first started they used their arms.

  • Yes, they are usually supposed to keep their arms at their sides but sometimes depending on the type of dance, they can have their arms as they did. They can also have their hands on their hips, though it's for balance most of the time.

  • I liked that. However I feel that those two highly talented and accomplished dancers could have done so much more with the hornpipe and the slip jig in the music.

  • @habbygurtie ... speed is not always the answer

  • @kieran976 I was not referring to speed. I was referring to overall rhythm. I would have thought they would have created something that really went with the music.

  • Really good, really liked the music. Anyone know what it was?

  • i no the 2nd one! FFEFCBFFEFAFEFFEFCD'E'CABAFAFEFFEFCBFFEFAFEFFEFCD'E'CABAFAFE E'CAABCD'F'E'CAABCBAFE'CAABCD'BCBABAFAFE E'CAABCD'F'E'CAABCBAFE'CAABCD'BCBABAFAFE F------

  • The slip jig is Dennis Ryans. Dervish has it on their "Live in..." cd. Label slow reels I think or just reels. Its on itunes. Don't know about the hornpipe or the reel.

  • That was really good!

    Thanx for uploading=]
