  • Guys - seriously, there is a program called RecBoot. Since this video was made, this program was made (for OS-X), it does this all for you with one click. I'm not a spammer, i've literally just spent the last 3 hours in panic (from midnight till 3am), trying to figure this out because even after doing the video above, my phone was still stuck in recovery mode. Trust me, search for the program..i think there might even be a Windows version now also.

  • Thank you for this tutorial. I think this iPhone of mine is beyond saving but you supplied what I was looking for - a clear and concise tutorial of how to run iRecovery.

  • I'm doing this in Windows, but when I use -s it just gives me this message:

  • mine says command not found, and my ipod 2nd gen doesnt show the itunes logo, instead it shows a white or black screen, please help

  • weird...i synced with a DIFFERENT Mac and the reboot works fine. I think my itunes is whack. Not sure what to do to fix it without out loosing my playlists & iphone back-up files...

  • Hi, thanks for uploading. However, after typing reboot the iPhone does restart but just goes back to the iTunes logo screen... any ideas? :(

  • Hi can someone help me please . my iphone does not exit recovery mode.This is the 6 last lines i have in terminal after pointing Irecovery: Boot Failure Count: 0 Panic Fail Count: 1 Delaying boot for 0 seconds. Hit enter to break into the command prompt...
