  • Great information sharing. But what we realised that real estate is a very localized market & there are local factors which also influence rise & fall of prices.

    We believe some of these factors can be well controlled if we have good real estate regulatory authority exists in the market who keeps very deep level vigil over the market, transactions & requirements of common men.
