@holatheking Do you have swap magic disks? You can't play burned ps2 games on a modded ps2 if you don't have swap magic disks. You can however play ps1 burned games on the modded ps2 without swap magic.

okay so i extracted all the parts together (you know like parts 1,2,3 etc) and I got an iso. Then you said to extract it because its not an image file. so i did and came up with an image file containing only 213 kb. Please help!

I did what you said, except i did 8x on a 16x DVD-R for Final Fantasy X NTSC.

When i tried to play it via Swap Magic 3.6, on NORMAL and PAL mode, the screen was offset with no color, and on NTSC, the picture had color but the screen was still offset. Any tips?

there's nothing wrong with your burned ps2 game, all you need to do is open your ps2 and block the sensor inside then close it and block the sencor above the power button and use a ps2 original gme and do the disc swap trick or if you have a fat ps2 use the card trick with cogswap. I hope it helps.

But i would suggest DVD Decryper. Its free and has lots of options and is easy.

I use Nero 8 and i don't come across the issue of encoding in PAL or NTSC. Its the game thats encoded already. So all u do is burn it and thats it.

The encoding typically is for Movies i think.

PS2 CD'S != PS2 Recognizable disc it will give u the almighty error saying that this is not a valid Playstation or Playstation 2 disc.

Well it depends, what size the game is.

If it is 680mb then yes you can.

If it is over then you need a DVD disc, or if over 4.50gb then you need a DVD DL Disc.

If it is one of the first ps2 games, like crazy taxi then a CD will work, but you have to find out what size the game is

A screen should come up saying the process is complete.

If you use a laptop the disc drive will pop open by itself.

Or if nothing like that comes up...after 20 mins just open the drive yourself and try it out
