Who played the witch in this commercial? It couldn't have been Margaret Hamilton, even though with the makeup, they look just like each other. I'm curious.
Well, she should have been aware that the fire detectors were equipped with Energizer batteries!
(I showed this commercial to a friend and he said, "I think the ad was showing the value of the battery in the smoke detectors. The witch set off the smoke detectors when her broom burst into flames." (The thing in the sprinkler system that detects the smoke is supposed to be powered by a battery.)

The witch is so scary when she appears, and in the rest of the commercial, too. I felt bad for the bunny when his ears drooped!
