They're just goofing off for the video. The song doesn't really end that way. They finish the song, pause, and then goof off. If you haven't heard the album, it's the must-buy prog-rock album of 08 IMHO. Get it on Amazon MP3 downloads for like $6. Best six bucks you'll ever spend on a premiere album from a new band.
