you not only have infinite life, but you have infinite mana too. play land, lose life, tap it for mana, sac it gain life. do this over and over again and play you hand, and run crazy high cost creatures like an eldrazi or a blightsteel.
@Andulvar for the most part even casual formats still adhere to the Restricted/Banned list. There's a reason why the list is there, to prevent problematic cards from being abused greatly. Clearly you've never played Vintage.
If you're considering 4 Fast Bond casual, than how about 4 Demonic Tutors, 4 Lotus, and 4 Balance in the same deck. Obviously it changes the definition of the deck from casual to something greatly worse. Try sitting down, in a causal game no less, and playing against MDT.
@tienxero Actually kid I still own my original deck commonly referred to as "the Deck" so to say I have never played Vintage is just sheer ignorance on your part. And yes I do own a set of the Power nine though only from Beta and Unlimited and I only have a Black Lotus from Alpha couldn't find anything else in good condition back in 2003 when I was looking for Black Lotus's and Mox's when I started working.

Don't forget you have infinite mana too. You can tap the lands for mana right before feeding the to the Zuran Orb and have as much mana as you want, you don't need infinite life when you can kill them with like.. a Fireball in the same turn..
This combo is cool but unreliable, Fastbond is restricted and Zuran Orb is pretty much a dead card until the combo comes up.
exploration is better then fastbond

I have a way better method to getting infinite life.. Heard about Nomads En-kor, Worthy cause, and Task Force? Look them up

i use this comco (except seed of land - this card is useless)
and zuran orb saves lives !
if u only use zuran orb and crucible this combo is incredible too !
stripmine, zuran orb and crucible of worlds !
and seed of land is useless, because it's easy to destroy
use Gods' Eye, Gate to the Reikai - that's better !
