So I just got this acoustic guitar and I never use an amp usually. I like more raw acoustic... but I guess I might as well start using an amp with it cause it seems like it doesn't sound well without one.

But I'm wondering, do the strings ever let up? Do they break in, does it sound better raw once you've played it for a while? Cause I have a feeling it sounds a little badly just because it's brand new.

If you could answer, that would really mean a lot. Thanks!

you might consider turning down the treble just a bit and sometimes a little drop of lotion on your fret hand finger tips kills the squeals. just a little constructive crit but not bad

Yes. It's worth getting. One of my friends couldnt believe it costed 270 bucks. HE said it sounds better than his 1000 dollar yamaha. Only go American, unles you live outside the US of course.

I really like it, plays good, looks sweet, stays in tune really well. Has a built in tuner which works but is a little finicky.
