Sauna belt has made just for to fuck up stupid americans. You don't lose any fat, so it's not the same thing that you're exercising or training and you're losing fat. Sauna belt puts you to sweat so you will lose water from your body. That's why you lose weight using it. Some stupid people use it and they're like "OMGGGGGGGGG, I LOST 2 pounds!"

In order for sauna belt to work you must use it while you work out or box, hit the punching bag or somethin u fucking idot shit for brains. Think, what els can influence you to create body heat and sweet besides the sauna belt. Boxing causes your stomach to swet like crazy but if you incorporate the sauna belt at the same time the results are astounding. Dont expect to watch tv and use sauna belt siting on your ass and burning fat. IDIOT

sauna belt only works at summer...when it's hot and you swet a lot! otherwise you will have to associate it to some exercise at the same time.

It actually does work over the course of a few weeks...nothing is instant. I noticed im losing weight using that and I never lost weight around my tummy b4 XD so yeah, keep using it and stop eating like a fatass and you will be alright!
