if your using sony vegas then above the preview box is a little button that looks like a hard drive disc thing so if you go the point in the clip where you want to freeze it in the timeline so its showing in the preview box then click that disc button it saves the image :) x sorry if i wasn't helpful ;'[ xx

[part 2] I can't even begin to imagine how long ot must've took + how long making all those keyframes took... O.o Seriously, you deserve a BIG gold medal for that alone! But yes, the whole thing like all your work was totally epic. I've had to watch it a number of times to really appreciate the beauty, effor, work, amazing-ness of it... and I noticed the little things + details too. I think it's important to properly appreciate videos, watch them a few times, so you can really realize how

Gaah, it is beyond stunning. I don't know where to start... okay, first of all, the song was perfect choice. The lyrics, beat, everything. Even more so, you matched the movement of the clips, the effects, etc, perfectly with the music. The colouring is simply stunning, expecially the way the stills become black and white/contrast. And as for the overlays + masking... you must be the queens of patience... I couldn't be in awe of you both more! It was simply incredibly how perfect the manips are..
