a lot of people see themself in the mirror and think they are fat, but look at a picture or movie of yourself, then you see yourself totally different!! When i look in the mirror, i don't see that i am skinny, but when i see a picture....... i see how thin i am, and i start to eat more!!
A totally different thing, with clothes, for example weddingdresses, make a picture of it or a movie and then you can see how it really looks.
Dr. Rouse is awesome. I did treatment at her clinic and it was refreshing to work with her. She's very to-the-point and honest but that worked well with me.

I've suffered anorexia ( male type ) when I was 17 to 18, because of lack of knowledge concerning what to eat while exercising. Now that I know, I do eat the right foods at times and snack out. People need to understand that food is a fuel and we need food in order to survive. If we don't eat, we can't function.
Having ana for 24yrs I understand how loving you family and hearing how much you disappointed these people only makes you more angry at youself. I have been everywhere for this and have 3 kids myself and dont think it will ever change. Good luck to you!

@FisherCynge I don't claim to be an expert on anorexia, but I do know that anything is possible if you believe it is. Both you and Tina could undergo a full recovery if you believe you can and stay optimistic, no matter how hard it may seem at times.

Her eyes were all teared up, and I take it she had no idea that her mum was going IP until it happened. Guess I'm saying, she was probably fairly shocked and emotional. She was probably scared and thankful. I doubt she meant to be "rude."

I'm 14 now and I weigh 120 (the most i've ever weighed in my life is 135).
