Not to be a dousche but you're at rock shelter, the backcountry is about a mile ahead of where you turned off the big 10.2 mile low gap trail. Either way how did you like rock shelter? Did you get any water from the springs there?

The forest is in Indiana. I was hiking in Feb of 2009. I was out of shape, so that was why I was breathing so hard.
