  • i`M NOT ENTIRELY SURE BUT CHECK OUT INHERITENCE TAX IN THE UK? THE UK IS FOLLOWING AMERICA FOR SOME REASON BUT WERE ALL BEING SQUEEZED FINANCIALLY.gOD BLESS AMERICA IF! IF IT CAN HOLD ITS GOVERNMENT TO ACCOUNT.

  • Republicans are two faced!!!!

  • Attempting to "equalize" is more destructive than WMD's.

If LiberalViewer was interested in exposing bias...he/she or It wouldn't have the audacity to use that handle.

That reality of your views on wealth is insidious, sick and destructive.

Your views threaten America, freedom, liberty, my way of life, the future for my grandkids and great grand kids.

"Taking" is what your ideology is about. In order for any of your precepts to work, you must first take from those who earn to redistribute.

  • @Navigator777777

Actually, provision for the general welfare (roads, post, etc.) and that which is "necessary and proper" has been a principle of America since its inception. I agree that people who don't want to provide for the general welfare should be permitted to live in an anarchic society like Pitcairn island, but I fail to see how providing for the health of the nation is any less a legitimate function of government than providing for the defence of a nation?

  • @gamerunknown

Because it is not in the constitution.

If Obama wanted Obamacare, the debate should have been: Change the constitution to reflect this.

Then...IF the debate was won ... change the laws to reflect the constitution.

The government has no authority to spend the people's money in a welfare state.

It does have authority for roads, bridges, national security and such.

Obama's spending is spot on the numbers for an individual seeking America's destruction.

  • @Navigator777777

You're joking me? Read the preamble to the Constitution: provide for the general welfare. When one has an entrenched Constitution, there is no need to amend it in order to pass new laws, one just has to allow the judiciary to determine whether those laws violate the Constitution! Could you point me to the specific part of the Constitution that says the government can have a standing army in an allied foreign country for over 2 years?

  • @gamerunknown

The General Welfare clause has absolutely nothing to to do with "Welfare" as we know it.

Unlike most General Welfare clauses, however, the clause in the U.S. Constitution has been interpreted as a limitation on the power of the United States Congress to use its powers of taxing and spending.

Our welfare system as we know it is unconstitutional.

  • @Navigator777777

How has it been interpreted as anything other than meaning... what it means? Can you point to any judicial rulings based on contravening the "general welfare" clause by spending for public services? There was even a debate about this by the founding fathers that LiberalViewer features HowtheWorldWorks in, where the phrase was used to justify foreign aid if I recall correctly.

  • @gamerunknown

    Of course everything is "justified".

Promise people money and they will vote for you.

Welfare was created during The Great Depression, not during the founding of our nation.

It was not a constitutional act....hence the evil within.

IIRC, Government spending during the that time exacerbated the duration of The Great Depression.

Tell me why entitlement spending and welfare should be continued?

    It is destroying America.

  • @Navigator777777

Actually, the Depression was a result of lassez faire economic policies. You've just alluded to a naturalistic fallacy too in that the government's functions are only legitimate when they serve the exact purpose they started with, when Jefferson said: "with the change of circumstances, institutions must advance also to keep pace with the times.". There were no drink driving laws back then for example. Eisenhower taxation = 94%, with GDP growth.

  • @gamerunknown

I don't know of a more hotly contested argument than "What caused the Great Depression?"

Liberals will say the absence of government controls.

Conservatives will say it was the federal Reserve.

"Changing with the circumstances" is a key word in your argument which will shortly suggest to me the constitution is a living document, hence the government should care for the people as it is the right thing to do.

  • @Navigator777777

Well there wasn't an economic collapse on the level of the Great Depression until after Glass-Steagall was repealed, which allowed for the fractal reserve banking. I mean in a truly free market society, that would have been fine, the banks would have collapsed and everyone would have lost their deposits but they'd no longer be able to reposses homes (in fact the executives home's would be repossesed). But free market socities are only seen in the third world.

  • @Navigator777777

As for how it is "evil" or "destroying America": 15* as many Americans die every year as died in the 9/11 attacks due to lack of insurance. The average lifespan in America is the same as Cuba, a country that spends 1/20th on healthcare. 3* as many Americans die due to lack of healthcare than are murdered... you honestly think wefare is the thing destroying America?

  • I cant watch these anymore, they just annoy me

  • Just world hypothesis. "The poor deserve to be poor because they're poor"

  • @gamerunknown ,

By jove I think he's got it!

Now say it three times as fast as you can.

  • Anyone who would approve of, or like what rush limbough, would have to be a racist!!!! Show me a republican, and I will show you a racist!!!!

  • @groundhog2008 You are constantly throwing out the race (racist) card. Racist is defined, as a belief that a certain race/group is superior to all others. Does Limbough champion the belief, as you do, that billions of people should be annihilated, because of a belief???

Is this not what you recommend on your page, that all non-muslims should be eliminated i.e., murdered? Does this also include children, you amoral POS?

Slither back under your rock, you racist societal parasite.

  • @groundhog2008

I love how all you America Haters choose aptly named handles.

  • @groundhog2008 How stupid can you be old simpleton? Each individual possesses dfferent abilities, talents and ambitions. Obviously, you exibit none of the three listed supra.

How interesting that on your page, you state that all non Muslims should be murdered, because of their non belief in your chimera religion.

If all men are created equal, shouldn't they all have an equal right to worship as they see fit? Your statement is incongruous and self-contradictory i.e., an oxymoron, you moron.

  • Most of my aunts, uncles, parents, brothers and sisters, and cousins are self made millionaires.

That is like bus fare now.

You need a higher standard, like $10M.

  • I believe that affirmative action has made whites resent and distrust blacks.

Would you go to a black doctor that used affirmative action to get into med school?

Of course not. No one would.

Rush is the only thing that will bring blacks back into society in an honest way.

  • "A decent provision for the poor is the true test of civilization."

    ~Samuel Johnson

  • The question really is

'To make men more equal shall we bring the rich down. Shalll we steal from the wealthy in the name of equality'

  • have found that the hardest working people are the average folks.

  • @jrwel14 Minorities are the hardest working, but they dont get any where because of racism!!!! 87% of all the worlds wealth is either owned or controlled by white folk!!!! Slowly but surely, Obama is turning the tide in favor of minorities gaining more and more monetary control!!!! This is a good thing!! Obama is levelling the playing field so minorites have a fight chance at making it!!!!

  • No, it's also for the stupid poor hillbillies that think they will get rich from the lottery.

  • Limbaugh even looks like a pig. He should have been given the role poor old Ned Beatty had in Deliverance. Typical right wing sow.

  • Rush is a failed sportscaster.

  • The reason Republican rhetoric relies almost exclusively on fallacy and lies to push their policy points to the simple fact that their policy is a bad idea for anyone who isn't either wealthy, powerful or a large business interest.

  • @xchoopaloopax im in

  • Hey, you know what is fair? Communism, oh wait, mass starvation in Ukraine and genocide in Cambodia... Are you unable to see that what you are supporting is leading to this or just ignoring the facts? If you dont like what you see in the US why dont you move to north korea? They have the system you want already set up.

  • @1ohtaf1 Stop spewing bile.

I don't think anyone here is suggesting that they want a

oppressive regime that permits little to no freedom for its people.

Also, the fact that you tried to draw a parallel between an inheritance tax and mass starvation/genocide

is pretty stupid... as there is no factual basis for such a statement.

Go read a book smrty pants.

  • @sn0wsh0es No I am stating the obvious fact that socialised healthcare is one more step to socialism, and to remind people of history that communism isn’t fair nor does it even work. I have stated more facts than you, because you actually have not stated any. All you have said is "it’s pretty stupid" followed with pathetic insults but no facts to back your views up, everything I said in my previous comment still stands.

  • @1ohtaf1 Your previous comments fell apart.

  • The bulk of American news networks are biased in some form or another. It disgusts me that I don't have confidence that there is any "truth" in what I read and hear in regards to the news outlets in this country. I turn to the BBC because they are non-partisan. The pathos driven none sense that we are forced to endure is appalling. If we need to buck any system it's the media and it's bias. I just want the truth.

  • we need help from people who were swindled out of their money from renttoown 1 . com they changed the contract gave a fake address and stole our money i know of a case done to the chow family in the review journal christopher chow was decieved into believe he was purchasing a home when in fact scott mccabe commited fraud against this family as stated by the lawyer of the people who did own the home. las vegas lets this man commit fraud and steal from people and this government is terrorist

  • @weetoy69 lol

  • no one can "work" for a billion dollars, no one can "work" for millions, they are just simply and arogantly over paid. This traditional idea that if you just work really hard, you too can make millions-is just what the rich people tell the poor people so the rich can get richer and the poor, poorer. "No dont tax us, the rich-i worked hard for my millions and if you tax me, then im going to be poor and not be able to by another mansion next week." such a stupid and dangerous idiology

  • I used to think hard work, sharing great ideas would lead to greater money and such. That is definately not the case as luck, knowing people, having money to begin with certainly helps. As far as taxes, yes, my family may indeed lose 1/2 the farm when any of the 3 owners passes. That is actually true. The family is paying a lawyer to keep the farm. Note, it is not a mega farm. I have not done the study, maybe someone can post it, do more people simple have wealth or earn it?

  • Fuck you Rush..I work my ass off and have nothing still.....my boss has more and his boss even more....but fuck you Viagra boy...some guys want to get their dicks up and some just don't work as hard at it...others cheat and steel prescription drugs from their friends......

  • politics is so full of bullshit. Rush is implying that poor people don't work hard---this is an immense simplification and prejudice- tell that to the single mother with only high school degrees who work three jobs. You mother fucker. the world is not black and white. Politics is bullshit.

  • @neonaction This is not "politics" this is Propaganda.

  • @neonaction Why is it always the rich white men that complain the most when they have the least to complain about?

  • this video is so right. i always said that. i knnow kids that never worked their entire life, just because they inherited from their papas and mamas. So no wonder they cry so much about it.....

  • I dont think people would be to concerned about the death tax if anyone earning over 250,000 a year actully paid a fair amount of tax, instead of looking for every opportunity to aviod paying tax and influence government to give them more tax breaks. Give the rich more tax breaks and there will be more jobs my ASS. middle and low income earners are the people who spend there weekly wage on living thats where the money is. pay more tax to lift the U.S out of the whole its in not cut services

  • What happens to those who do not hunger for the accumulation of wealth?, surely those who help themselves to great fortune feel fortunate, why do they often come across as defensive? you don't really need money when you are dead, and while you can share it amongst your next of kin, it gets ridiculous when huge amounts of money are being snowballed over generations to support self indulgent prats with superiority complexes, share the wealth and do some good.... not squirrel and squabble over it.

  • One complete lie that just zips right by, "You'ld think that Republicans would be in favor of a death tax THAT EQUALIZES OPPORTUNITY A LITTLE BIT". Please enlighten me as to that works. Are you saying that all the collected taxes would then go directly to "those with less" and who would they be, how would they be chosen? Your statement is an absurdity without basis in fact.

  • @bomac10000 you use some elaborate tortured logic to reveal your personality. Why don't you simply say you're a selfish fuck who couldn't care less about your fellow Americans or anyone else? That you're totally okay with abject poverty being maintained by the extreme greed of other selfish psychopathic pricks like yourself who may have never worked a day in their lives but feel ENTITLED to wealth because of their luck in being born to wealthy parents? What do you think "civilization" means?

  • @bomac10000 Unfortunately, you are completely wrong here. Taxes go to supporting the "commons." That is to say the things that belong to all of us. A fair inheritance tax would enable funding for schools, roads, police, etc. So, taxes go to everyone. That's why we have to pay them. If a billionaire dies, they don't just hand out checks to poor people, the cash goes into a general fund that helps everyone. The idea is that extremely wealthy people got to where they are due in significant part to

  • @David12King lol well those are some pretty conservative views...you are against public education? Our society has decided that a few things are civil rights. Everyone is entitled to a basic education that will allow them to be a functioning member of our society. We don't just let gunshot victims die on the ER floor because they don't have insurance so we have charity care from the federal government to cover this etc... And the reason you need some equalizers like a progressive tax... (contd)

  • @David12King (contd)... code is because without them, in pure free market capitalism we get oligarchies where the rich stay rich, the poor stay poor, and the rich use their money and influence to keep it that way. That is why the U.S. has NEVER EVER been a completely Laissez Faire free market economy!

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • @David12King First of all, about inflation, current inflation is BELOW the naturla inflation rate. eah that's right, there is a natural rate of inflation that an economy must have in order to achieve full output. And like I said before, this isn't theory, this is fact. Without government intervention in completely Laissez Faire economies, powerful industries take advantage of the poor and middle class workers and the gap betwee nthem just gets greater and greater. Democrats were the ones (contd)

  • Comment removed

  • @David12King (contd)...how have pushed through anti-trust regulation, collective bargaining rights, etc... that have CREATED the middleclass in this country and made this country what it is, and internally demand driven modern economy. (contd)

  • @David12King (contd) THe point I am making is that there are left libertarians and right libertarians. Left libertarians have enough sense to understand that there are time that the free market fails and government intervention is needed. An example, when the robber barrons were monopolizing industries and paying workers horrible wages the federal government had to enact some anti trust laws to keep competition in the market

  • This country is in the shitter because of the rich and their lack of spending. Thanks pricks give me a call when i can knock your teeth down your throats :P (the rich)

  • @bomac10000 the opportunities that living in America provides. They utilized our school system to get educated. They use our roads to get to where they needed to be to make the money. Our laws protect them from fraud, theft, etc. I could go on. The statement you call "an absurdity without basis in fact" is in reality entirely logical with a very strong basis in fact and historical precedent, since every civilization in history has had some means of supporting the collective. The word "society"

  • @bomac10000 has the same root word as "socialism." That being "social." Socialism is when part or all of a group's resources are contributed to the collective. When we collect more from the rich to benefit the whole, it's by no means a new concept. This is not untested. This is the way society has worked since the days of the cavemen.

Fox is LYING to you. They get you to repeat ridiculous shit that makes you sound like a complete idiot. And you're eating it up with a spoon.

    -Joe E Dangerously

  • @xJoeEDangerouslyx ... Brilliant. I doubt "bomac" will be responding to that.

  • @bomac10000 Your comment and logic is bad and you should feel bad.

  • You're completely missing the point, in that, you are penalizing the rich because they have inherited, worked for, sacrificed for, risked for, their money, You believe that simply because they have more they are responsible, thru government, to give that money to someone else who has less. You believe in redistribution of wealth, a tenet not in keeping with the American ideals. There is really no more to it than that.

  • @bomac10000 You're saying that the rich who have had everything handed to them should get special treatment by paying less taxes instead of the people who work hard for their money.

  • there's a name for the Rush Limbaughs, Tucker Carlson's, Brad Blakeman's, Ann Coulter's et al... coprophagus idiots

  • Rush Limbaugh is a coward and a lier, just an over paid blow hard spouting his lies daliy to the misinformed and weak minded.

  • Dude. A flat tax is the same for everyone

  • well like i said take OUT the loopholes.....like where Warren Buffet pays less tax than his secratary......make the tax system fair for EVERYONE!

  • Fox (not Fox "News", just Fox) anchors call it the "Death" Tax. So why don't all anchors at MSNBC, ABC, CBS, the BBC, et al, just say "Teabaggers" instead of "The Tea Party"?

  • Why not just make a flat tax of 25-30% for everybody and get it over with........why should someone who has made money and payed tax within the law have his riches TAXED AGAIN?

  • @HAIDARAVEN Because their children are not the same people they are and they did nothing to earn the money.

  • @baigandine That is why a fair tax code where EVERYBODY pays the same percentage was suggested........Take out the loopholes and have a flat tax! Why would you want DOUBLE taxation on ANY money?

  • @HAIDARAVEN Money is always taxed twice, ten times, twenty times, every time it changes hands. Why should it be treated any differently?

  • @baigandine Flat tax where a guy who makes a billion dollars a year is taxed at 25-30% the same as the guy who makes 30K......why would you whine about inheritance tax when they (the rich ) dont pay the same as the poor to begin with

  • @HAIDARAVEN It is like when you make a pay call. You pay a flat fee for the call and then an amount for each additional minute. Is that also unfair? Whoever chooses to talk the most minutes pays the most. "They" don't pay more "because they're rich." It's the money that's taxed. They can have a billion dollars in wealth, make only 15,000 that year, and they'll pay the same tax on that 15,000 as someone who only has 15,000 to his name.

  • @baigandine well if that money was taxed from the begining there might not be a billion dollars to tax.....and there would be an immediate benefit to the populace as the tax base pays equally.......why if I pay 25K for my 5 acres of land in say 1970.......pay property tax on it for 50 years die and leave my now 2 million dollars in property now be subject to 50% tax........I have paid taxes for years already

  • @HAIDARAVEN In that case the property tax is going to the state government which has nothing to do with the federal government.

  • @baigandine why have you not addressed the flat tax? why not have them PAY it when they make it intead of after they DIE?

  • @HAIDARAVEN The answer to the second question is simple. You're treating it as a tax on the dead instead of a tax on the heirs. The heirs only pay tax on the money once, when they receive it. That is the purpose of the tax anyway. What I have said about the flat tax is that everyone pays the same tax on the first 15,000, everyone pays the same tax on the next 15,000, etc. So every tax payer has the same rules. If a poor person has a good year he will pay tax like a rich person, and vice-versa.

  • @HAIDARAVEN Don't forget if their income's coming from investments they're paying much less too. Not exactly fair.

  • oh... my... god. this has nothing to do with the video: kudos though. good show!

I saw an ad with Obama's picture and the headline, 'Repeal Obama? Vote Here Now" I was directed to a poll on the current administrations policies, so I voted. The poll results come back, and to my complete shock, the last poll was, 'who did you vote for in 2008.' Over 90% right wing! I wonder if Fox would include that last figure the next time they need 'Reliable No Spin Lies.'

  • @trizznumpet Fox should be fined for every time they've combined the words "Fox" and "News", spoken, written and broadcast - and theirs could be the first and last case whereby any form of a free speech defense should be disallowed.

  • personally i think rich kids should have all their inheritance taken away and have to earn it back by contributing positively to society, nothing builds a respect for money like a year long diet of ramen noodles.

  • hey assholes what about family farms that lye outside of cities that are worth millions of dollars because of thier location, they would be forced to sell thier land to developers to pay for high taxes, which means less food coming from here in the US, means more imported shit from china and elsewhere, that doesnt sound so GREEN now does it

  • sorry will at least be a factor

  • how hard is it for you to understand that the wide gap between the poorer 90 percent and the richer 10 percent of the population is at least will be a factor in equality, even you should know that you are not in that richest 10 percent populace.

one reason i say this is why should the poor people be dismissed based on your views, what if the virtues of these poor become dominant do you think you will be held in high regard and also would you feel vulnerable knowing that you hold what they want

  • this fox fairytale news needs to be pulled up on its constant and blatant misinformation and flat out lies, i am certain they have at least a few intelligent people working for them so how is this level of non-sense be allowed they should be made to change the name from fox news to fox sometimes news and mostly twisted bullshit

  • @EVERYONE

Why would anyone want to TAKE their HARD EARNED money from their KIDS and give it to the GOVERNMENT???

If you care more about the GOVERNMENT than the well-being of your own KIDS, then I'm sorry, NO ONE can help you, and someone should come and take your kids away and save them from such IDIOTIC thinking!!!

  • Guess what folks, poor people don't contribute shit for this country.

  • @fizzybrasil Thaaat's right, they just produce the goods and supply the services.

  • @Algolei No those are the people who actually work and make some money.

The poor, those who live off of wellfare, food stamps or part time work, don't pay enough taxes to contribute to anything.

  • @fizzybrasil no these inheritance dogs dont work, are you stupid or something, if i inherited 7 million dollars i would help out my friends and relax for the rest of my life and so do the people that this video is directer toward, people are not born equal when a person is brought up in a wealthy family opposed to someone born into a poor working class family, hello dumbnut, to get a good job in a capitalist world requires a lot of money, your comment is bull unless higher education becomes free

  • @cjhmmp I'm am proof that you do not need to be born into money to get a good job, or to make good money. Nice victim mentality though. I feel for you!

  • @fizzybrasil Exactly... cjhmmp, if u can't make it in the U.S.A., then u're screwed, inheritance or not.

  • @krutoy21 no sorry my friend i have money and i know it gives me an advantage over those with less than i have. Inheritance is an advantage especially when its in the millions, pls try and disagree, if you and i had the same IQ, drive and aptitude and i inherited several million dollars i would be the one more likely to stand over you.

If you are not a billionaire than you are standing opposite yourself, are you that stupid honestly pls justify your stance on a tax that kicks in at 7 million

  • @fizzybrasil now now my freinds i think you might be grabbing the wrong end of the stick i have a good job and had a great education im no victim however i have seen rich people walk into jobs without a good education simply because they are rich and your premise is utterly ridiculous are you telling me that you actually believe that being born rich does not give someone an advantage that the middle class and poor can not and do not have if your answer is yes then im sorry but you need help

  • @cjhmmp I never said they did not have an advantage. That is just part of life, it's not a fair world, we each deal with what we were given.

I just don't believe it's the government, or anyone job to discriminate against the rich. I don't care how they became rich (as long as it was legal of course), it's their money and no one elses. Tax everyone the same %. Fair is fair.

  • @fizzybrasil um no sorry wrong again the rich should be taxed because of the imbalance that the money they inherit produces, education is being made more and more difficult to attain and that is why money from the wealthy should be used to give the middle class and poor the opportunity to compete with these heir's is this not simply good competition just because a persons parents are unsuccessful does not mean they should be made to serve the imbeciles who are born in to power IE G.W Bush

  • @cjhmmp What gives you the right to other people's money? You sound like a communist. No matter how much money the government steals from the rich, it won't end up in the hands of the needy.

This idea that the field needs to be even is a myth. There is no such thing as equality, and there never will be. Whether you believe in God, or just in evolution, both dictate that the strong survive. It is not our place to try and create a false sense of equality.

  • @fizzybrasil lol ok first thing first money does not mean strength that's the point i am making about inheritance, secondly money gives people the ability to interfere with those without which is a recipe for disaster, just because someone has money does not make them fit to dictate to others money is a false power which can be taken away at anytime and are you seriously trying to justify such extreme privilege for the richest 1 percent of the population

  • @cjhmmp I'm not trying to justify anything. I am simply saying we don't have the right to demand that a certain minority be treated differently just because they were fortunate enough to have been born into money.

The rich in this country pay most of the taxes in this country, and that is a fact. But for some reason, that does not seem to be enough with you liberals. You wan't monetary equality.

That will never happen, it never has. It's just not meant to be that way.

  • @fizzybrasil We don't have the right to demand'? Yes we do the constitution sais that we tax the most wealthy to carry the burdon of the poor. It is the american thing to do. I love how really dumb you people are. I love how your kind just helped the tea party cause to protect your greedy pockets. Fucked with the minds of working men to fill your dirty agenda. It worked pat yourself on the back for screwing the economy the next four years.

  • @carnypimp Not sure why you are classifying me with tea party, or rich folks. I'm not rich. Never have been. And the rich did not fuck the economy up, the middle and poor class did. Rich people are not suffering from this screw up. The middle and poor class decided to go out and buy a bunch of houses they could not afford, just because the banks told them they could. Now every idiot wants to put blame on the rich. How about you morons blame yourselves for being so ignorant, that you

  • @fizzybrasil How can you blame the bank or the government for allowing stupid people to be stupid? The middle class and poor are screwed because the rich are not hiring americans as laborers. Now we are all screwed because the Tax Cuts at any level is bad. We all need to pay the tax Clinton had set up to give us the SURPLUS! Use commonsense the real estate did not screw the economy up Tax cuts did. If we all are not paying our dues we suffer for it later.

  • @carnypimp actually thought that you could buy a 500k house when you only make 40k a year.

The fact that people in this country think it's the job of the rich to take care of the poor, is ridiculous and lazy. How about instead of trying to take money that does not belong to you, go out and make more money. It's so easy to make money in this country. Quit being a bunch of lazy idiots and try working harder.

  • @fizzybrasil I know what you mean. How is that the governments fault or the banks that people are that stupid? I work where in the fuck do get that im lazy and draw a check? My back sais'screw you I hurt' believe me I work. My point is the constitution allows the rich to have to pay for the middle and the poor. We all have to pay taxes if you want no tax pack your bags get the fuck out!

  • @carnypimp I'm not saying we should not have to pay taxes. Of course we should, that is how the goverment works. However we should all pay the same %. I just don't think it's right that just because some people have managed to make more money, that they need to pay a higher % to make up for those that are too stupid to try harder. Just my opinion.

  • @fizzybrasil The more you make the more you pay why is that bad? It is the same percent just a higher tax bracket for a higher income. These people that have a bunch of money and say they pay 50% are lieng you can't count all your land taxes and business tax towards your bitching. If you make 1million a year and you own 100 houses hell yes you will pay a bunch in taxes. That is not unfair that is reality.

  • @carnypimp It's not the same %. It's a progressive tax system.

People who only make 20k a year only pay about 10 - 15% in taxes, while someone making over 250k pay 30-35%.

Everyone should pay the same %. This will still make the rich pay more, however it's fair. Instead of saying you need to pay a higher % just because you make more money.

  • @fizzybrasil Where do you get these numbers form I know rich people they don't pay 35% of their income in taxes?

  • @carnypimp It's our tax code.

  • @fizzybrasil Everybody does pay the same amount ON the same amount of income. A rich person pays the same rate on the first 15,000, etc.

  • @baigandine You my friend don't understand anything.

  • @fizzybrasil OK great comeback.

  • @carnypimp "It is the same percent just a higher tax bracket"

Higher tax bracket means higher percent...

  • @cjhmmp The government's job is to create an environment in which we could all try to better ourselves. We in American have the best opportunity to succeed, than anyone in the world. And no matter how much the government steals from the rich, it won't make one bit of difference to those poor people who choose to stay poor.

Charity should be done by choice by those who deem it necessary, not forced on all of us, or the rich only by our corrupt government.

  • @fizzybrasil America is in a position where it is all together fairly likely that it will collapse especially when people with your mentality spout this kind of uninformed non-sense one fact is that unemployment in America is high and with few exceptions in recent memory will continue to decline so your silly notion that Americans have the best opportunity is utterly ridiculous.

Might i just say you seem overly selfish and that only serves as long as business psychopathy goes unchecked

  • @cjhmmp What makes me selfish? I'm not rich, however I don't believe that the rich people's money belongs to me. I did not earn it, inherit it and I'm definitely not entitled to it.

That is for them to decide if they wish to give it away. It's not our place to demand it from them. They pay taxes, lots of it. More than most will pay their entire lives.

  • @fizzybrasil The poor people ARE the country. You've got it ass-backwards, there, me boyo: It's the rich who don't pay enough taxes to contribute to anything.

  • @Algolei Wrong buddy. Go do some homework. 50% of the population don't pay taxes at all, while 95% of the taxes are paid by 5% of the people in this country. The rich.

There is no such thing as the rich don't pay enough. Who are you to say that rich people need to pay a higher percentage than anyone else. That is discrimination at it's worst level.

  • @fizzybrasil Your numbers are wrong. The top 5 percent of taxpayers pay 53.8 percent of all individual income taxes, but report only 30.6 percent of their income -- they hide the rest from taxation.

The top 50 percent of taxpayers by income pay 95 percent of the total. Why? Because people without money can't pay money. It's as simple as that.

Taxing money is not discrimination against people. Quit buying into the misinformation that it's in any way about discriminating against people.

  • Classic Hegemony.

  • @finalconflictpro please read I'm on your side. let's get one thing straight, your dumb. Ok now that we have that settled let me lay some knowledge on you, it is estimated, feel free to research this, that our deficit by the end of the year will be less than the last year of the bush administration, second that gm bailout that conservatives were so against, is now paying us, and this wasn't the only bailout that is now paying us, and the gm tax cut that the bush administration put through, whic

  • The real need for an inheritance tax is to prevent dynasties and the reinforcement of the american "nobility".

The reason to tax the rich more than the poor is simple, the cost of living (and every other tax) hits the poor harder than the wealthy as a percentage basis. If you make 10 times as much you are not spending ten times as much for food and not paying 10 times as much in sales tax.

  • How does taxing the rich help the poor? I'm confused.... How is taxing the rich going to put more money in my paycheck???

  • @imax1971 It's not. It just makes sense. Those with more money should pay more taxes.

  • @finalconflictpro You are a fucking retard.... You have no sense on how our economy works...

  • @imax1971 Of course I'm a fucking retard. Only the ignorant use that phrase. :)

  • @finalconflictpro Should I have called you a genius for that ridiculous comment? You know nothing about how a capitalist economy works...

  • That's the Limblobian paradox much like the book What's the Matter with Kansas? Babble radio listeners and Fox News absorbers vote against their own interests for men who are moneyed.

  • politics is like pro wrestling, behind the curtain they are all friends and working for the same company.

  • The media, owned by heirs to privilege, delivers propaganda to American people by incessantly repeating their corrupt message that their wealth legacy must be protected from evil liberals. Gullible Americans then go & vote Republican, not realizing that they are voting against their own best interests, like cattle herded to their slaughter. Keeping the playing field level is fundamental to democracy. Think people! Wake up! Reward merit, not inheritance. Otherwise, we are owned.

  • fox news makes that the rich stay the ruling class while u will never hear fox new talk about how people are becoming poorer.wages are stagnant,CEO are paid millions for fucking up there own companies, How company's like wal mart who make billions pay there employees shit and don't give health benefits.

  • All I can say is thank You Rush, keep doing what you have been doing . Hopefully one day folks will wake up and realize there is no such thing as a free ride.

  • @Edmunsonhillgirl1 I'm liberal yet I have always worked hard and never had a free ride. There's nothing wrong with left-wing capitalism with decent social services/utilities available. Most of the people who complain about "free rides" are the ones actually gaming the system to obtain a free ride. My family has several Republicans with Medicaid babies, while simultaneously voting for politicians who would like to abolish Medicaid. Go figure. Try "conserving" for once, conservatives.

  • @whoiga

You can to be wrong if you wish

My Dad spent a year in a T B hospital, my mother worked to feed 5 children. She never received any aid and we survived.

Why should I work hard to earn a decent living only to have the gov stick it's hand in my pocket to give it to those who won't work. Help the needy not the lazy. Take a look at the Pres.and his team, squandering the taxpayers money. George Bush can't continue to to take the blame for the failingsof Obama and friends.

  • @Edmunsonhillgirl1 You do realize that Bush's tax cuts were for the wealthiest brackets, and that Obama's tax cuts have been primarily for the middle class? If you want to hang your hat on one issue, such as taxation, then at least identify the appropriate target. Where were you to complain about tax dollar waste when two unnecessary wars were debt-financed - or when the TARP was signed? Funny how the "taxed dry" Tea Partiers have so much free time to spend at Tea Party rallies yet call us lazy.

  • @Edmunsonhillgirl1 Get a clue! The Demopublicans are simply two factions of one party, the one party mostly bought & paid for by people wealthier than you can imagine. If you speak of welfare, think about the huge portion of your productivity that ends in the coffers of a tiny oligarchy that runs the show at your expense. These oligarchs are NOT the millonaire businessmen who create jobs; they are far richer & often contribute less than the lazy bums that you admonish. Get perspective!

  • @whoiga Well, I am a teacher in Philly PA/ I know students who plan on having babies for a living. Not being a stay at home mom or dad. but being a baby factory. In fact the majority of these kids think this way. As much as we try we have like a 10% graduation rate, Social programs make this possible, because no matter what they do they can sell drugs or have babies for money. Many of these girls have their kids declared ADHD or otherwise unabled so they get more money.

  • @MrHambergator Certainly. I don't doubt that people try to game the system, and those people are despised by voters on the left & the right. It is arguably your job as a teacher to sway kids away from that freeloader line of thinking (easier said than done, I know).

  • HMM why is LiberalViewer wanting 99 cent for a download ?

  • There should be no need for double taxations, but then the taxes in the US are too low in general.

  • well, you got your guy in, gratz, you fucked us all. :/

  • I wonder when Rush Limbaugh's due...

He looks like he's in his third trimester.

    ...with quints.

    ;)

  • Rush limbaugh is a piece of shit! Yeah...The Hiltons got all they have by going to nightschool and working hard an fair. Yeah...people like Goodyear made their empire in a night.

    Bullshit...

  • fox news might as well suck bushs dick wot a pile of shit

  • @thedoctor69able it's 2010 Bush isn't in office

  • @jaay334 So Faux News can only suck his dick if he's in office? You're a silly gander.

  • what gives the government a right to take as much money as they do graduated tax scale is bull shit. Uh hey if they make more money and they're paying percentages then they're still paying more regardless of percentage raise or not. Same for kids who inherit money why does their family money just go to the government and whatever they want to do with it. The only reason I don't support this is because I don't support the governments spending habits.

  • I'm not rich but I do think that if you are a millionarie that you should do whatever it takes to make this country better a I;m not saying the rich should pay everything everyone should help this country but if you have the money help your neighboor with it not your next door one but help the world so there is less hunger and more of what we need so with the extra money that rich people DO HAVE tou should help others

  • Does anybody agree, that WE the people, NEED to vote and get rid of

every...single...politician that's in office, in power. THEY are running OUR country into an abyss. Get fresh, young peoples' perspective on a world they already know and put a stop to the OLD masonic political view of get ME rich fast before the world ends. Those elder vampires are sucking the U.S. dry.

  • Statistically, most wealth accumulation is created by hard work but results from unequal distributions at birth. On your mark, get ready, try to catch up.

  • @Adkins52 Damn I am getting old

  • yes fox is rich conservative christian republican dumb fucks

  • Jesus lord cock

  • poor people don't hire

  • After Fox reported that when Michelle bumped fists with Barack that it was a terrorist bump I quit watching Fox. Charlie Sheen and Michael Jordon bump fists in a fruit of the loom commercial. According to Fox they are terrorists as well. Oh drats! I bump fists with friends at work, we must be terrorists as well.
