This is my favorite opening song to a Bond film, even over and above anything by Shirley Bassey (and that's saying something). The movie itself had great moments (i.e. when "M" came to the states to personally bring Bond in); otherwise, this film was mediocre compared to the others. A mixed bag, for sure.

To think that Timothy Dalton ended up impaled on a model church in Hot Fuzz, far flung from being James Bond.

The best Bond movie of any generation, tight continuity, dashing lead, epic scale, truley the spiritual inheritor of OHMSS

I like how Gladys raises her voice; I like this song very much.
Also, Timothy Dalton is somehow charming.
Great overall.

Licence To Kill is one of my favorite Bond films. The same with the title song - Gladys Knight's performance was fantastic!!!

I would love to see a Bond movie made by Brocolli(sp) and the creator of NCIS combined with Ziva as a Bond girl.
