Hey Furries, quick question that I must ask for my friend. His daughter is about 12 years old, and she wants to be a furry Her dad thinks she is a bit young to decide on getting a full suit just yet. And I agree, and so do many other people. We are not against her wanting to be a furry. Just that she is too young and the suits are expensive. But we both want her to experience what having a suit is like, that way she can decide if the lifestyle is for her. Any ideas on what we could do?
@Silvawolf100 her dad must allow her to finish growing before getting her a fursuit. If she's only around 12, then she still has some growing to do. Best to wait until then, because if he were to get one now, she would outgrow the suit in a year or two. I don't think she would be very happy not being able to wear a ~$1000-2000 fursuit because she outgrew it
@Silvawolf100 since I am not a fursuiter myself, I'm only giving advice that seems logical. If she were to try it, she could ask for just a fursuit head and a tail. If she likes it, then she can try for a fullsuit when she finishes growing.
@Silvawolf100 I would suggest maybe not getting a full suit but just a partial so that she wont outgrow it. the biggest problem with that would be the feet. i know i outgrew shoes pretty fast when i was a kid. but then she could see what wearing a head was like and the handpaws.

The socializing site like furaffinity, I think has an age minimum, so that might be out until age 14... Idk, but I hope she can experience it without the wait :) It truly is a great experience XD
@Silvawolf100 Something else that could help is getting her just a tail and paws for now. They're pretty inexpensive if you look around, and can help her decide if she wants to go further later on.

It would be nice if people (mostly the internet) would understand that not all furries are whores who have sex in fur-suits and stuff like that. It's ashame how childish people are. But it can't be helped, it's nice to know some people can make videos like this to show the better side of the furry community.

Amazing. Being a furry myself I only wish society was not brain washed with the negative issues brought to the furry community. My brother thinks I am weird for being a furry.... :'( He thought that almost all fursuit conventions ended in "Big fuck fests"...... I then proceeded to put a link on my facebook to a vid here saying a bunch of furry facts..... He said he was sorry about two minutes after I posted it..... Somehow I made half of my furends furries within four days of meeting them.... O_O I felt alot better when I was officially surronded by my own kind instead of my smoothskin brother... XD

Beautiful video, Venerabela. It brought a tear to my eye too.
If you should ever edit or expand this video I have a couple additional pictures to suggest along this same theme of furries, friends, and connecting with people. Just goes to show everyone furrys are just like everyone else we just think differently. I want to make a fursuit of my own character but most people I know don't know I'm one. It's easier to say you will tell the than actually say it.

I'm the mascot for my highschool and wear the bulldog fursuit, I am very proud of what I do and this made me even prouder, I take pride in the fact that in the last month and a half alone I've volunteered for a fundraiser for a terminally Ill child named Evan and volunteered 2 give up my fridy afternoon 2 spend the day at an event for mentally & physicly chalenged children and their families, staff come 2 me saying they have a kid who needs to smile and I thank god that I can help

i cant get over how much i love this vidio. it touched my heart. i ended up using the link to dogbomb's FA page with the story behind his pic in the vidio. i cryed. it was such a beutiful story. he has raised the bar on what being a furry is all about. furries wait for just such a moment. i hope i get a moment like that someday. he is truly inspiring! I am a huge furry/fursuiter and I've never had the urge to have sex it a suit. People think just cause there are furries out there who are like that means we all are like that. Does this mean that just cause some people out there are Beastist means that all animal lovers have sex with them? Ot just cause some humans rape and kill the whole human race is like like that? i like this video very much because it just proves what being a furry is about. dont you remember when you where a little kid and saw so many sad things in the world and the only thing you could do to get away from it was to imagine a fantasy. these people bring happiness to these young kids and people and show them that theres still hope and happiness in the world, that the worlds not all bad. This actually brought tears to my eyes... anyone who thinks furries are weird, pedos, only for yiffing, and mean can just go mind there bussniess... cause really when we see kids's face light up it brings us a feeling and more excitment to wear are suits again.
