We bought one in January, by February 8th it broke, its been 2 months, 7 visits from the technicians and every part replaced, countless phone call but now we wait because finally the nice lady that assure us our purchase wasn't a waste of money, o well... she went on vacation. By the way there are no refunds on the ergo base.
