Hey thanks for this vid (and also the PAL vids). How did you find their service, particularly as a non-Chinese passenger i.e. how hard was it difficult to communicate? I'll be flying them too from Hong Kong -Tokyo via Shanghai Pudong, I was wondering if they had English radio or audio for their in-flight movies? Maraming salamat po.
