cool. devo at 0:53 lol. i actually wanna go to the record store at the beginning. and my favorite b-52s record at 4:32. looks cool but i dont really understand the hanging records on the wall thing. i know people only do that with already too-scratched-up records, but i still just don't get it. it doesn't really look cool to me, but thats just me..
Yeah, when I used to go record hunting, I almost always found there was a quite depressing atmosphere in the record stores, if not tension in the way people talked to each other. Even at the flea / trade market people talk to each other as if they're full of shit. But in the middle of all this, there is music.
I love the Eno / Fripp (No pussyfooting) at 03:35. Tis is one LP I want to possess someday.
So I have always prefered vinyls to CD's and cassettes! A vinyl record it's not only music, it's 100 years and more trusted beautiful thing! Despite the sound purity of the CD and/or digital music, the music rendition of the vinyl is X times better and "warmer" with its high quality bass response. So, I have noticed that audiophiles prefer vinyls than CD'S at a rate of about 80%!
wrong dumb-ass, it's because they are stuck with stockpiles and shit-loads of outdated, arcane, useless crap inventory of used up, overpriced, shitty sounding garbage that hardly ever sells. we are not in the 1970s and only dorks living in their mom's basement still buy vinyl.
@CDISBETTER Really? Considering vinyl sales are up and cd sales are down, you ARE THE DUMB ASS but then you already know that every time you look in the mirror.
I didn't know you lived in your parents basement, be careful of the asbestos down there but i think it's already affected your brain.
@CDISBETTER Hey I am barley in my teens and im always cutting it up on the wheels of steel (technics 1200's). Vinyl totally beats the digital crap sound you get when you mix with a digital interface. Maybe you should change your paradigm on vinyl.
@CDISBETTER There is more vinyl than ever being produced today. Where are you looking for your music all the time? FYE? Walmart? Because last time I checked my local record shop is constantly loaded with new and older stuff alike across all genres and it has a wide variety of customers even though it doesn't have that many of them. The only reason you think it sounds shitty is because all you ever heard is a bunch of old overrated, typical, rock and roll crap on an even worse sound system.
