i highly recommend adding bunyips to the list of healing equipment. food is not even needed for those with 80+ def and a bunyip out.

I found when I was a noob and couldn't kill a bandits without dying, lol. I would go to the black nights fortress and go in the room with about 6 blak nights in and train there, it's good for low levels who doon't want to risk dying.

the spear is for healing afk. but you can't afk anymore, so you might as well use the whip. back in the day, bandits were so awesome xp becasue you could afk w/ guthans and you would never log out because your acc is doing something. but now you can't do that. so yeah whip is good ^^ spear to heal
