The method you use is called the cut-and-paste approach. When you cut a part from one the verses,or divorce a verse from the general context,or do not give the specific condition under which a verse was revealed, you can obtain a message from every text.

In Islam there is no forced conversion. Christians and Jews can live according to their religion. Europe was ruled centuries by Ottoman. But they were not forced to convert. Still the majority is christian.
