thats not really hacking if you want to open cmd (C:/windows/system32/cmd.exe) and type: net view then type: tracert then the name of the computer you want to shutdown it will give you its ip adress then say someting like: shutdown -i ipadress or something like that that should shut it down remotly ....... ur welcome

Just get their ip and go to cmd and type shutdown -i a window will pop up called remote shutdown dialogue have fun !!!

its illegal to send batch files over email... and the -s wont work. its shutdown -s -t 60 -c "comment here" so it means shutdown (shutdown) (time) 60 (for one minute)  so you can use this
