oooohhh.... she's not even using sweet onions, but red ones! harsh. Hey, that chef needs one of those slap choppers! I got the larger (better) generic version from WalMart.
I will never eat onion ice cream! but eating onions only for a while will get rid of parasites. They say 1 in 3 americans has them. Maybe more.
That is revolting Liz, did you say you wanted blood in the food? I guess if you can handle that, then you will surely be able to please you man in all the arts of suction eh?
I have a great recipe for onion ice cream. I've been serving it in restaurants for years. The secret is to use Sweet onions such as vidalia's. Let me know if you need a recipe.
I'm sort of, kind of, very afraid of onion ice cream now. However, I cannot shake the feeling that it might appear in my college caf one day...*shiver*
Around here the Japanese restaurants don't have green tea ice cream, but they do have bean ice cream, never tried it, but people who have tell me it's good.
They also have a weird dessert that is a white milky cream with white transparent tofu balls, it looks weird, but it's very sweet, even if the look and texture of it always make think of the "alien in the face" part of the Alien movies...
Seriously... I'd Never taste onion ice cream... And I have a question... Why didn't you guys changed to the new channel model? It's so much convenient to clic on a video and stil stay on the channel. See ya. o/
onion ice cream would probably be delicious; for the slow caramelization process actually makes the onions quite sweet. or how about: deep-fried bacon salad ice cream with chicken a la mode? it is amazing what can be found in japan! (btw, the "spoukier" your hair is, the nerdier/cuter you look.)
Sorry, I know this video was a bit choppy. But I'm presuming people would rather watch the choppy shortened version than thirty minutes of smooth footage with all sorts of pauses and ums. If I'd had more patience, I would have extracted the audio once I'd cut out the pauses and then put smooth video clips to accompany the choppier parts. But after about ten hours of editing for a four minute video, I draw the line. Maybe next time!
Onion ice cream. Why does the word oxymoron come to mind? And then the ritual of the breaking of the cob, not a bit corny; however who would not like a whole corn? And, why do they call them "ears" of corn? Perhaps the second cob heard the anguish of the first cob becoming rent and just refused, itself, to make a "clean break." Anent the meal, apparently only to be consumed in darkness.
Hey, the onion ice cream was definitely worth a try. The fiancee and I thought about trying this out a few weeks back with vidalia onions, which are just generally sweeter.
And, at the very least, you had good company and a good movie. : )

I actually think that green tea ice cream is good...it's a little funky, but good. I had it at a Japanese restaurant a while back.

I still think onion ice cream couldn't possibly be worse then the green tea ice cream I had. I love green tea just not in ice cream form apparently.

The key to the pie is not to use sharp cheddar cheese. That was our downfall.
