  • Would other types of squash be okay to use?

  • u make cutting the squash look so easy....i tried yesterday and it was kind of a disaster. the skin is so hard to get off!

  • Good video! I had another recipe that had it at a lower temp for like 40 minutes. I'm going to try it this way tonight and see how they come out.

  • Depends on your oven but at 500 degrees it took about 15 mins. When they are browned nicely they're done!
