u make cutting the squash look so easy....i tried yesterday and it was kind of a disaster. the skin is so hard to get off!

Good video! I had another recipe that had it at a lower temp for like 40 minutes. I'm going to try it this way tonight and see how they come out.

Depends on your oven but at 500 degrees it took about 15 mins. When they are browned nicely they're done!
